2023 Christmas Charitable Donation

The Team at Bowmed Ibisqus has decided this year to split our annual Christmas fund between two equally deserving initiatives.  Firstly, Crimebeat North Wales, a community youth charity and secondly Yellow and Blue (YAB) a local social enterprise non-profit organisation.

The Crimebeat North Wales initiative brings together the North Wales Police and High Sheriffs to fund resources and materials supporting outreach programmes in the local community with specific focus on young people with the aim of reducing crime and anti-social behaviour.  Projects include education programmes for anti-bullying, road safety, internet safety, substance misuse, along with environmental activities such as the ‘Garden Gang’, mini police group, street art and ‘Youth Shedz’.

YAB have a community hub based in the Wrexham town centre and undertake a host of support projects all year-round including wellbeing, craft, counselling, and youth clubs.  This Christmas they have been running a Christmas presents and Food hamper appeal to provide for families who are struggling financially.
